Quinoa Tabouleh

A great plant source of protein, vitamins, and minerals

Quinoa is a fantastic grain sometimes referred to as “The Mother Grain” because it is a whole food that has a better balance of amino acids and offers more protein than other grains. Quinoa is one of the best plant sources of protein and contains many vitamins and minerals.

Mix in a large bowl; Salt to taste.
1 cupQuinoaprepare as directed on label
1/2 cupgreen onionschopped
1large tomatodiced
1/2 to 1 bunch cilantrochopped
1large lemonjuiced
3 tblspolive oil
