Broiled Grapefruit with cottage cheese

Yummy

A healthy snack with just the right portions of carbs and protein.

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp stevia

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 large grapefruit

1/2 cup non fat cottage cheese

mix 1st 3 ingredients and spread over Grapefruit. Broil grapefruit near top of oven for 3-4 minutes (until bubbly on top). Serve with cottage cheese.
