Curried Turkey with rice

20 minute meal

   20 min. meal

Pam or olive oil

1 lb lean white ground turkey

1&1/2 tsp curry powder

3/4 cup canned diced tomatos (drained)

cooked brown, basmati or jasmine rice

reduced fat plain yogurt fresh cilantro

spray skillet with a light coat of oil. Heat to med.-high. Brown turkey 5-7 min. Add curry powder and diced tomatos. Simmer for 5-7 minutes. Serve over cooded rice. Top with yogurt and fresh cilantro.
